With Microsoft Copilot M365 integration

myWorkSpace can be controlled via Microsoft Copilot M365 – this means that common tasks can be carried out quickly and easily by Copilot via chat commands without having to navigate in the app yourself.

Focus on cooperation

myWorkSpace focuses on social interaction. Employees can use the myBuddies function to individually select which colleagues can see their booked workspaces. This allows teams to come together in a targeted manner, plan office days together without a lot of coordination and promote collaboration in the long term.

Thanks to the integration into existing systems, the one-click booking of a favorite place and a scrollable overview for the coming days, booking is quick and easy without much additional effort in the already stressful working day.

Modern technology for fast implementation

The myWorkSpace app can be quickly and easily integrated into existing systems. It can be used with the integration of Exchange resources in MS Outlook, MS Teams, various other frameworks or as a stand-alone solution. Common SVG files can be used to visualize the room planning.

The large number of different functions ensure a high level of usability for both employees and administrators.

An Outlook add-in is also available, which can be used to book meeting rooms directly when scheduling appointments. The add-in can also be used to integrate data from room sensors, which provide information about the current air quality, for example.
